I emailed them and asked how I could buy the gold one with a gem. She had me send a picture of my ear and she selected a size for me and gave me quotes on the price. I sent the money over via paypal and she mailed me the heart as soon as she got it. She also referred me to piercers of the APP, where I found someone in my area (I emailed them) and they said it was possible to put it in for me. :D 

I think it’s definitely worth doing. The ear-heart is simply amazing :D I hope you can get one too ;D
